Background

1. Rainbow Giving Australia Limited (RGA) is the Australian licensee of an initiative known as “Sweat with Pride”.
2. Sweat with Pride is scheduled to take place June each year.
3. By organising Sweat with Pride and providing materials with Sweat with Pride branding to You (and organisations and people participating in Sweat with Pride), Rainbow Giving Australia intends to:
   1. Help raise the profile of LGBTQIA+ issues; and
   2. Improve Your ability (and the ability of other participating organisations and people) to solicit, collect or receive donations for such issues.

Terms of Service

This document sets out the terms of service under which Rainbow Giving Australia Limited and You agree that You may use the Website and Sweat with Pride Materials, and participate in Sweat with Pride.

Interpretation

1. Sweat with pride Materials means any material provided by Rainbow Giving Australia Limited to assist You in your fundraising in connection with Sweat with Pride.

2. Rainbow Giving Australia (or RGA) means Rainbow Giving Australia Limited (ABN 37 613 812 203).

3. Website means the website at sweatwithpride.org.au

4. You means the person or organisation that:

   a) Executes the letter to which these Terms of Service are attached; or

   b) Is specified in the electronic form associated with these Terms of Service.
